Opt-out

If your project is carried out with Lund University or Region Skåne as accountable authority (forskningshuvudman) and you need to provide the opportunity for cohort members to opt-out of new studies, you can apply to the Ethical Review Authority to place the information on the LUPOP website. They consider all such applications on a case-to-case basis, and there is no guarantee that you will get the approval. However, if you do get it, we will publish your information on the LUPOP for the public (LUPOP för allmänheten) page. People may enter from the LUPOP start page, or through a direct URL. You may also add a link to the LUPOP website from other public web pages to increase visibility of your project.

Once you have approval from the Ethical Review Authority, use the form below to provide us with the information you need to publish. You also need to e-mail the application to and the decision from the Ethical Review Authority to info-lupop [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se. If all documentation is in order, we will publish your text within one week (five working days).
